Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
Clothing and dancewear must be unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
All original tags, labels, embellishments, and accessories must remain attached/included when applicable.
Items that have been altered, damaged, or worn for a performance are not eligible for return.
The buyer is responsible for carefully reviewing the listing photos, description, measurements, and condition before purchasing.
There will be a 20% Restocking fee on any returned items.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Important: Because some of our pieces are pre-owned, minor signs of previous use or normal wear may be present and will be disclosed in the listing whenever possible. The photos on the listing are part of the description.
